Collaborating with FIKA means working with Femke and Inez. Two friends who have understood each other perfectly for years and bring exactly that to every event we organize.

Our working method
From the initial meeting to the execution on site, we guide every part with attention, overview, and an eye for detail.
We start with a personal introductory meeting about your event or wedding, during which we discuss your ideas, wishes, and expectations. Together, we look at what suits you best. During this no-obligation meeting, we also assess whether we are a good match and how we can translate your ideas into execution.
Upon approval, we start preparing for your event or wedding. We develop the schedule, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain an overview throughout the entire process. We bundle all choices and agreements into one shared plan, ensuring everything is clear and well-organized.
During your event or wedding, we are your point of contact and provide support where necessary. We maintain an overview, liaise with suppliers, and manage our team to ensure everything runs according to plan. From setup to service and dismantling, tailored to your needs.

Service with a SMILE! We are extremely pleased with Femke and Inez's efforts at our daughter's First Communion. Upon our return, everything was perfectly taken care of (lunch, decorations, catering for guests with drinks and food, and importantly, cleanup), and we were able to thoroughly enjoy a wonderful day. Not only was everything well-organized, but above all, they all enjoy their work, and that radiates from these ladies. Having them around makes your party even more festive!
