Collaborating with FIKA means working with Femke and Inez. Two friends who have understood each other perfectly for years and bring exactly that to every event we organize.

Our working method
From the initial meeting to the execution on site, we guide every part with attention, overview, and an eye for detail.
We start with a personal introductory meeting about your event or wedding, during which we discuss your ideas, wishes, and expectations. Together, we look at what suits you best. During this no-obligation meeting, we also assess whether we are a good match and how we can translate your ideas into execution.
Upon approval, we start preparing for your event or wedding. We develop the schedule, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain an overview throughout the entire process. We bundle all choices and agreements into one shared plan, ensuring everything is clear and well-organized.
During your event or wedding, we are your point of contact and provide support where necessary. We maintain an overview, liaise with suppliers, and manage our team to ensure everything runs according to plan. From setup to service and dismantling, tailored to your needs.

The FIKA girls are fantastic! They took care of everything for us during our wedding weekend! From the first minute to the last, they thought of everything and were constantly busy with everything with a huge amount of enthusiasm. Fika helped us perfectly with our wedding. Right from the moment we arrived, the four of them got straight to work, even though it was 36 degrees. You can tell they have a lot of experience with events because they know exactly what to do to take the stress out of everything. You don't have to ask them anything because they are always one step ahead. It was also a pleasure working with them during the planning phase. They helped us think about the schedule and the suppliers. We found the caterer, party rental company, and DJs through Fika, and all three get 5 stars from us! In short: highly recommended!

Femke en Inez hebben ons vanaf het begin ontzettend fijn geholpen bij de planning van onze bruiloft. Op de momenten dat wij zelf nog niet goed wisten wat we wilden, dachten zij met veel aandacht met ons mee en kwamen ze met ideeën die perfect bij ons pasten. Dankzij hun grote netwerk in Zuid-Limburg was ook het vinden van fijne leveranciers een stuk makkelijker. Op de trouwdag zelf hebben ze ervoor gezorgd dat alles soepel verliep, waardoor wij echt konden genieten van iedere minuut (onze gasten ook). Hun betrokkenheid en enthousiasme hebben voor ons echt het verschil gemaakt. Dankzij Femke en Inez is onze bruiloft precies geworden zoals we hadden gehoopt. We kijken met ontzettend veel plezier terug op deze bijzondere dag.
